2. Service Description

IFLE is a digital directory that connects customers with local service professionals in Goa. Our platform helps users discover and contact nearby workers across various service categories.

• We verify the basic details and authenticity of listed service providers.
• We enable customers to directly contact workers through their listed information.
• We serve as an information platform only — we do not handle bookings, payments, or service delivery.
• Any agreements, transactions, or services arranged are solely between the customer and the service provider.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account

4. Service Provider Terms

IFLE acts as an intermediary platform. Service providers are independent contractors and not employees of IFLE. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, timing, or completion of services
• Any damages or losses resulting from services provided
• Any disputes between users and service providers
• Verifying licenses beyond our standard verification process

5. Payment Terms

IFLE does not process or handle any payments between customers and service providers. All payments or transactions are made directly between the two parties outside the platform.

• We do not facilitate, collect, or guarantee any payments.
• Customers and service providers are solely responsible for negotiating and managing payment terms.
• IFLE is not liable for any payment disputes, losses, or issues arising from transactions between users.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

IFLE is a directory platform and does not manage bookings or payments. Therefore, we do not handle cancellations or refunds. All such matters are to be resolved directly between the customer and the service provider.

• We do not process or issue any refunds.
• Customers must communicate directly with the service provider for any cancellations or changes.
• IFLE is not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages related to cancellations or refunds.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the IFLE platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of IFLE and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Our platform or servers are free of viruses or harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IFLE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IFLE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
